When pressed to hire quickly, and/or in large numbers, The Partners Alliance will help speed the process and reduce long-term costs. For a fixed monthly fee, we will dedicate a team to work directly with your HR department and hiring managers.
The Partners Alliance has added Executive Search to our service portfolio. This includes Plant Managers, VP/General Managers, Sales Managers, Quality Control Managers, Engineering Managers, Directors of Engineering, and C-Suite.
Retainer will be subtracted from the percentage fee.
